Tony Dorazio
Tony Dorazio is the president of OCI Solar Power. He has more than 30 years of global energy industry expertise, alternative energy development and distribution and international business leadership experience. Prior to joining OCI Solar Power, Tony served as senior vice president of Wind Power at Duke Energy Generation Services. During the last six years he has successfully built nearly 3,000 MW of solar and wind power. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles with energy industry leaders Enron and BP Alternative Energy in addition to Duke Energy. He has also led energy Operations, EPC and development programs for Vestas American Wind Technology and Tessera Solar. Additionally, Tony served as senior vice president of SK Enron a Korean holding company located in Seoul, Korea as well as president of Iksan Energy and Iksan City Gas in Korea. He is a graduate of the State University of New York and earned a master’s in Business Administration from Long Island University.
Kimoo Heo
Kimoo Heo is the vice president of engineering, procurement and construction for OCI Solar Power. He is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and reporting on-site construction management activities directly related to OCI Solar Power projects. Kimoo earned his undergraduate degree from Seoul National University and a master’s from Northwestern University. He also earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Hanyang University. Previously, Kimoo worked at Acciona Energy as well as Hyundai.
Krista Kisch
Krista Kisch is the vice president of development for OCI Solar Power. With more than 20 years experience in business development, including 14 years in the power generation industry, Krista leads the site, project and portfolio acquisition for more than 700 MW of solar PV projects. She also leads the negotiations of land acquisitions, evaluates the feasibility of projects from concept through business case development to acquisition, as well as serves as OCISP’s ambassador to local and state government officials. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Krista also earned an MBA from Boston University.
Andrew Oh
Vice President, Strategic Planning

Andrew Oh is the vice president of strategy and new business development for OCI Solar Power. Prior to joining OCI Solar Power, Andrew worked with OCI Company in Korea where he was a senior manager for the Renewable Energy division, leading the effort to set up the company’s growth strategies, executing M&A activities and conducting market intelligence studies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Korea University and a master’s in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Andrew brings more than a decade of experience working in semiconductor, telecommunication, heavy industry and the alternative energy sector as well as strategy consulting.
Paul Whitacre
Paul Whitacre is the vice president of operations for OCI Solar Power. With more than 30 years of experience in the power generation industry, Paul oversees operations, monitoring and performance optimization, maintenance and security for all of OCI Solar Power’s utility-scale solar power generation plants as well as supports project development and construction. A graduate of Hiram College, Paul also earned a master’s degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a master’s in Business Administration from Xavier University.
