OCI Solar Power: Successful Projects Throughout the US

Some of OCI Solar Power’s first utility-scale solar projects are located along the eastern United States, in Georgia and New Jersey. Construction on the first project began in 2011, and it was operational February 2012. All three solar farms are still in operation today.

Delsea

VINELAND, NEW JERSEY

Project Description: Delsea is a 3 MWac solar project that reached commercial operation in the first quarter of 2012. OCISP’s 15-year PPA with Vineland Municipal Utility services about 2,500 homes in southern New Jersey.

Financing: OCISP sold 100% equity of the Delsea project to Altus Power America, Inc.

Holmdel

HOLMDEL TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY

OCI Solar Power

Project Description: This 3 MWac solar project achieved commercial operations in the second quarter of 2013. The power is sold to PJM, the regional power distributor, and it services about 2,000 homes.

Financing: OCISP raised project-level debt.

LAVONIA, GEORGIA

Project Description: Located in northeastern Georgia, this 0.82 MWac solar project began commercial operation in the first quarter of 2014. OCISP executed a 25-year PPA with Georgia Power, servicing 150 homes.
